Start Here: Your First Hour

Connect your Solana wallet, hold enough $LOBSTR to hatch an egg, then hatch it — your lobster's pixel traits and starting stats come from that egg. Pick a display name and choose Server 1 or Server 2. You spawn on the Reef with no tools — the tutorial crab shows where to pick up your Kelp Sickle, Shell Pick, Trap Net, and Builder Claw.

🥚 HATCHING — your egg decides your lobster's traits and starting stats.

Click the ground to move. Drag tools to hotbar keys 1–6. There is no armor — spacing and healing matter more than cosmetics.

Tip: Heal at a Reef thermal vent before heading out. Bank heavy stacks in the Kelp Vault before any trip into The Deep.

The World at a Glance

The Reef is home base (bank, thermal vent, shops, tutorial). The Kelp Forest is peaceful woods to the south with foraging spots and room to place your Den. The Lagoon is for foraging and cooking at the Thermal Vent grill. The Deep and its extensions are dangerous — you leave a Shell-Grave if you die.

Remember: Server 1 and Server 2 are separate worlds on the same account. Friends on another server will not appear next to you until you join theirs.

Gathering, Tools, and the Crafting Loop

Kelp Sickles cut kelp, Shell Picks break coral rock and black coral, Trap Nets catch fish and krill, Builder Claws place heat vents and dens. Stacks merge up to 999 per slot. Bank in the Kelp Vault on the Reef when you run low on space.

Combat: Spacing, Tempo, and Rewards

Combat is claw-to-claw only — Crusher Claws and similar weapons. Learn at the Reef armory, then try the Pit for PvP. Predators can rarely drop mounts; they do not drop Pearls today.

Deep rule: Avoid The Deep until armory practice feels easy. You can lose items to a Shell-Grave on death.

Quests, Dailies, and Long Arcs

Follow the tutorial, then check daily quests for harvest X kelp, mine X coral, catch X fish, and defeat X predators. Rewards include Pearls, XP, and sometimes badges.

Efficiency: Batch similar tasks — one foraging trip to the Lagoon can cover a cook quest and a daily catch goal at once.

The Deep, Risk, and Shell-Graves

The Deep has a safe camp in the south. Outside it: predators, PvP, and Shell-Graves. Swim north for the Abyss (the cave gate needs a combat level) or east for the Trench.

Travel light, bank valuables first, and read the full Shell-Graves section in the Game Guide if you want details.

Life Skills: Foraging and Cooking

Forage in Kelp Forest ponds or the Lagoon. Cook raw fish at the Thermal Vent grill on the Lagoon for cooking XP. Heat vents you build are for healing, not cooking fish.

Economy, $LOBSTR, and Trading

Pearls buy most items. Open the Marketplace from the HUD cart button anywhere. List items for Pearls, or list Pearls for $LOBSTR — when someone buys with $LOBSTR, the seller gets 95% and 5% goes to the game treasury. You need to hold $LOBSTR in your wallet to hatch and play.

Near the wreck on the Reef, the Whirlpool wheel gives one free spin every 12 hours (average skill level 5 required). Extra paid spins cost $5 USD worth of $LOBSTR — half burned, half to treasury — and do not reset your free timer.

Remember: Never paste your seed phrase into random popups. The game only needs a normal wallet sign-in unless you start a purchase you chose yourself.
